Berggasthaus Hasenhorn in Todtnau

It's unbelievable what people who are with us rate 5 stars and think how a certain Silas gets upset that you take an unused serviette and disinfect it and get upset as the waitress that you don't leave it where you want to sit immediately, that's just sick

Very unpleasant staff who just took the napkin and used it to clean the other table during the corona time. Not nice to guests who just want to order something.

On top of the hill. Nice views and fair prices.

Nice for a little bite in between.

Not a culinary delight, but definitely worth a stop for a snack or a snack before the toboggan run into the valley. The fries are great, tasty and inexpensive.

The view is phenomenal. Unfortunately the food is not very special. Cannot pay by card, only pay in cash and also many wasps (in August).

Well. Self service. Pricing is good too. We only had a drink, many ate "little things" and looked satisfied ;-)

Just super nice up there. Whoever has something to complain about has no eyes and no sense of taste anymore.

Quaint little beer garden with a stunning view. After a more or less strenuous climb, e.g. B. the magic trail from Todtnau, with exciting stories about Grieswald - great for children and with about 1.5 hours average time not too long - you can relax very well before departure with the summer toboggan run. We didn't try any food, but everything looked very tasty. There is also a small playground for children, as well as an insect paradise with lots of butterflies on the meager meadow next door.

The food is fine, on the terrace there is a beautiful view. You can only pay with cash!

Eating nice atmosphere is ok. The view is great, of course.

As always at the tourist hot spots, only one possibility to drink something and the quality leaves something to be desired. Apparently glasses are not washed at all. Glass was full of strange black chunks. Well then cheers!

Great snack shack with amazing Chicken Nuggets for kids and Currywurst for adults. Amazing views

Opening times are unfortunately not up to date. Hiked there and then stood against closed doors against all information (Google and homepage). Annoying!

06/23/2020 The food was very, very good. We would not have expected this quality here. We were really thrilled and the apple strudel blew us away. The restaurant is rustic but the view from the summer terrace is phenomenal. Video!

The location is fantastic. Up the mountain around eonderful walks. Unfortunately dirty and slow.

Beautifully located mountain inn, the view is simply wonderful there. As a starting point for hikes, e.g. the Hasenhorn lookout tower, the magic trail for children or simply a great place to relax. There is a small playground, the operators are very friendly and you can grill behind the house yourself. The prices are perfectly reasonable and I found the fries to be delicious.

Nice cosy little chalet styled cafe near the Hasserhorn luge track. They serve typical german dishes and drinks and the prices are very reasonable and the hosts very friendly. Head out straight after you exit the chair lift. Outside seating avialable in summer and a traditional stove keeps the place warm in winter. Well worth a visit before you head down in your luge on on your mountain bike.

At the top of the mountain you find decent food (German but low variety), great crew though and outstanding views to the black forest. For a day hiking, probably 5*. If you look for something fancy, you don't come here.
